Your place is confirmed when payment is received and we send confirmation.

-
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellations, refunds & credits

-
After the term starts: We generally offer credits (not refunds) for the remaining unattended sessions only in cases of injury/illness with evidence, or relocation. Credits must be used within 12 months.
-
Missed sessions by the participant: Non-refundable. Subject to space, we may offer one make-up session per term at a comparable class.

-
School holidays: Regular term sessions may pause; holiday programmes may be offered separately.
-
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5. Changes, closures & force majeure
We may change a venue, coach, or schedule where reasonably necessary (e.g., venue maintenance, coach sickness). We’ll notify affected families and will reschedule or credit any cancelled session. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
6. Health, safety & conduct
-
You must inform us of any medical conditions/allergies relevant to safe participation and keep emergency contact details updated.
-
Participants must follow coach instructions, wear appropriate footwear, and behave respectfully. We may ask a child to sit out or end participation for safety or serious misconduct.
-
You authorise us to arrange first aid or emergency medical treatment if required, and agree to reimburse related costs not covered by ACC or your insurer.
7. Personal property
Bring minimal valuables to sessions. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items at venues, except where required by law.
8. Photography & media
We sometimes capture photos/video for training review and JM Sports updates. We will only use identifiable images with parent/guardian consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we’ll stop future use and remove reasonable online references.
9. Website, shop & accounts
When booking online you agree to provide accurate information and keep any login details secure. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these terms or where an error occurs (we’ll refund any payment received for a cancelled order).
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim relating to participation in a programme or use of our services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant term. This clause does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or our liability for loss caused by our negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you confirm you’ve read and agree to that policy.
12. Complaints & contact
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Please contact us:
