Where Weekend Reps Build Real Game Skills!

1. DRIBBLE-LAYUP COMBOS & GAME BASICS
Refine ball-handling (cross, in-and-out, intro between-the-legs/behind-the-back) linked to strong layup finishes. Add footwork, balance and simple spacing concepts; build passing with purpose and confidence through 3v3–5v5 game play.
2. TEAM PLAY & SHOOTING REINFORCEMENT
Strengthen catch-and-shoot rhythm and shot selection, sharpen pass-cut and give-and-go, and improve transition decisions. Emphasis on moving without the ball, reading space and executing fundamentals in controlled scrimmages.
3. TECHNICAL DETAIL, CONTACT WORK & COMP PREP
Elevate individual details under pressure (tight handle, advanced finishing, off-hand layups), then expand team systems—PnR basics, motion spacing, on-ball/rotation defense. Include controlled contact and leadership to prepare for school/rep trials and higher-level competitions in the same age group.
